About Nash: Modern, Self-Custody, Decentralized Crypto Platform and Investment App. Nash is a high-growth FinTech startup that enables users to invest in, hold, and trade with digital currencies. All activity is powered directly through the Nash IBAN account, with funds accessible via a debit card linked to the same account. Nash pioneered the compliant pathway to crypto investing as one of Europe’s first registered platforms for fiat transfers between traditional banks and crypto. Our products form an integrated financial services platform that is decentralized and non-custodial, including a Wallet, the Nash fiat on/off ramp, a Nash IBAN account, a debit card and a technical integration into decentralized exchanges. About the Role: As a Support Staff member at Nash, you’ll be on the frontline with our users—helping them solve issues, navigate onboarding, and get the most out of our platform. From IBAN transfers to wallet questions, you’ll be the human connection that keeps everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and in-app support - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with transfers, KYC, wallets, and trading - Escalate complex cases to compliance, product, or engineering teams - Keep our Help Center up to date with clear guides and FAQs - Spot recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and products - Support onboarding of new users and provide guidance on platform features What We’re Looking For: - 2+ years in technical support, fintech / crypto support, or customer success roles - Good understanding of banking / payments / IBAN / SEPA / wire transfers - Fluent in English, fluent in Dutch is a plus - Solid fundamentals in how crypto, wallets, blockchains, and DeFi work - Excellent written & verbal communication, able to simplify technical topics for non-technical users - Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset - Ability to juggle multiple support requests, set priorities, and work under pressure - Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven - Experience in a regulated setting is a plus
