  • What You'll Do to Drive the Process
  • * Drive implementation and execution of best practices in behavioral based
  • interviewing and recruiting strategy
  • * Put your agility and time management skills to work while managing large

and/or complex req. volumes and using the Full Cycle recruiting process

  • sourcing, screening, evaluating, and completing hiring process
  • Be a Talent Magnet
  • * Proactively uncover and implement creative ways to identify and recruit top

  • * Use social media platforms to connect with talent pools 
  • Be a trusted advisor to stakeholders
  • * Identify client needs, provide expertise, and drive staffing strategy in
  • client consultation

  • What You Need To Do The Job (Education/Experience/Critical Skills)
  • * Bilingual, English & Portuguese. Spanish is a plus!
  • * 3 years +/- Full Cycle Recruitment Experience or other relevant experience in
  • HR.
  • * A top-notch track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, managing large or
  • complex vacancy volumes, and executing projects with excellence.
  • * Interest in working on employer branding.
  • * Experience partnering with leadership and driving hiring initiatives.
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to
  • interact at all levels of an organization.
  • * Knowledge of local employment law (Brazil). 
  • * Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, oversee
  • projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results.
