As a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Mexico, you’ll be part of the engine behind Nuvei’s growth - bringing in the talent that drives our global success. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles, from sourcing and screening to stakeholder partnership and offer negotiation. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, build trusted relationships, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience every time. We’re open to upskilling across 360 recruitment, but you’ll already bring solid stakeholder management and sourcing expertise - and if you’ve worked in payments, fintech, or high-volume hiring, that’s even better.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, ensuring a positive and exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent through various platforms, networks, and creative outreach methods
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical or recurring positions
• Conduct screenings and interviews, ensuring high-quality candidate evaluation and alignment with company culture
• Maintain accurate records and data in Workable (ATS) and other tracking tools.
• Collaborate with global TA colleagues to share best practices and ensure process consistency
Requirements
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or within an agency setting.
• Proven stakeholder management experience - comfortable influencing and partnering with hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing skills, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative methods.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments; payments, fintech, or high-volume hiring experience a strong plus.
• Fluency in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese
