  • About the role
  • Nubank is looking for a bold and results-oriented Talent Brand Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a full-time opportunity focused on strengthening and scaling our global employer brand, reporting into the Head of Talent Brand, Sourcing & Early Careers.
  • Our Talent Brand team operates with a centralized and global model, enabling consistency across geographies while allowing for local relevance. The role sits at the intersection of brand, content, channels and candidate experience, with direct ownership over employer brand assets, candidate-facing touchpoints and the evolution of our owned channels.
  • You'll be responsible for
  • Brand Assets & Candidate Journey: acting as the main Talent Brand owner of the candidate journey within the hiring process, defining and maintaining employer brand guidelines, asset libraries and all candidate-facing touchpoints.
  • Channels Management: managing and evolving our employer brand presence across owned channels (blog, LinkedIn, careers page, newsletter, Glassdoor and related surfaces), ensuring consistency, connectivity and alignment with TA systems and institutional pages.
  • Content Development & Distribution: owning social media strategy end to end, producing and distributing content for campaigns, channels and events with a strong focus on organic engagement, performance and ROI tracking.
  • Reporting & Tracking: conducting our broader Talent Brand metrics and reporting across geographies, translating awareness and consideration data into clear insights, root-cause analysis and concrete actions to improve employer brand performance.
  • Budget Optimization: support budget allocation and tracking to maximize efficiency and return across Talent Brand initiatives.
  • Paid Media: supporting the definition and execution of our paid media strategy within Talent Brand, partnering with peers to scale reach, impact and efficiency.
  • Event and Community initiatives: support the execution of events and community-building programs with a focus on engagement, consistency and impact.
  • We are looking for a person who has
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional full-time experience in Employer Branding, Creative, Marketing and/or Social Media, with strong deliverables across at least one of these disciplines.
  • Advanced/Fluent skills in English.
  • A background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Design or Communication Studies is preferred.
  • Curiosity and a genuine interest in the Employer Brand space specifically, including the drive to benchmark and discover global innovations.
  • Must possess a blend of creative and analytical abilities, as the role demands innovative ideas, need for structure and measurable quantitative results.
  • A strong enthusiasm for collaborating across diverse cultures (international experience is a benefit).
  • Comfortable operating effectively in ambiguous situations and adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Sharp and objective communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Fast ramp-up to understand Nubank’s environment and the ability to translate this into effective employer brand strategies according to our EVP.
  • Flexible and collaborative, with the capacity to engage in cross-functional Employer Brand projects and embrace new challenges as they arise.
