Job Title: Team Leader Job Description O Líder será responsável por orquestrar e monitorar ações de comunicação em alto volume, garantindo a excelência operacional e o alinhamento com os KPIs. Deverá gerir investimentos, assegurar qualidade e compliance das comunicações, além de liderar a análise de dados e a mensuração de resultados, apresentando insights estratégicos e sugerindo melhorias em reuniões executivas. Também será responsável por implementar testes A/B, buscar inovações e otimizar continuamente as estratégias de comunicação. No aspecto humano, deverá liderar, motivar e desenvolver a equipe, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo e de alta performance, com comunicação assertiva e gestão eficiente de mudanças.
