• Here at Mindera, we are building a world-class team and would love for you to join us. As a Product Owner with a strong technical background, you will use your experience with Agile methodologies and your deep understanding of the SDLC to lead a team of developers crafting solutions.
• Working with our team, you will be involved in the product life cycle, gathering and refining playable requirements, defining, working closely with the development and business; and leveraging solid communication with the stakeholders to guarantee constant progress and alignment.
• We are looking for Product Owner who have experience working with Platform Engineering and Reliability & Performance Engineering and can be the first point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
• 8+ years of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams
• Ideally, previous experience in SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) and/or Platform Engineering environments.
• Proven track record of management skills in areas such as conflict resolution, multi-reporting, roadmap planning and backlog management.
• A software engineering background with the ability to comfortably speak in technical jargon
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and workflows.

Strong knowledge of

• Monitoring and observability concepts
• Metrics, logging, and tracing tools (e.g., DataDog, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
• Infrastructure and/or application performance considerations
• Proven experience leading engineering teams
• Experience with international projects and remote teams across multiple locations.
• Effective communication skills

What you will be doing

• Define the product vision and strategy for internal products related to observability, monitoring, and performance.
• Partner closely with Platform and SRE engineers to prioritize work and evolve internal tooling.
• Understand the needs of internal engineering teams and balance technical requirements with broader business goals.
• Manage the product backlog, define acceptance criteria, and oversee delivery progress.
• Support initiatives that improve system scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Lead discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Promote best practices in DevOps, instrumentation, monitoring, and alerting.
