  • Job Description
  • We are looking for a Technical Projects & Support Coordinator to assist with the coordination of studio-related technical activities and ongoing projects. This role supports the daily operations of the studio environment and helps ensure smooth communication between different technical functions.
  • Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of technical specialists in daily studio operations.
  • Assist in organizing workflow of the technical support team and help with daily task coordination.
  • Support ongoing projects related to studio equipment installations, upgrades, and improvements.
  • Coordinating scheduling and following up on maintenance and repair activities.
  • Monitor studio equipment status and provide support to ensure continuous operation.
  • Communicate with suppliers and assist in ordering tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Participate in testing and evaluation of new technical solutions.
  • Help with onboarding and basic training tasks for new team members.
  • Prepare operational or project reports when needed.
  • Qualifications
  • Experience in leading or coordinating teams.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical coordination, support, or related areas.
  • Experience working with vendors or external service providers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or management-related field.
  • English at an advanced level (C1).
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Experience with broadcast, lighting, or staging equipment is considered a plus.
