We’re looking for an experienced technical recruiter/headhunter in Brazil to help us source and engage software engineering talent from a specific list of companies. What you’ll do: - Research & identify top engineers from targeted companies. - Reach out with personalized messages in Portuguese & English. - Use LinkedIn, cold calling, & texting to connect with candidates - Pre-screen for technical fit and pass qualified leads to our team. - Track outreach & maintain a clean candidate pipeline. What we need: - 3+ years recruiting software engineers (in-house or agency). - Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking). - Deep knowledge of Brazil’s tech market. - Fluent Portuguese & English (written + spoken).
