ABOUT THE ROLE As a Technical Recruiter at Retell AI, you’ll play a key role in scaling our world-class engineering team. You’ll be on the front lines of our hiring process — finding, screening, and engaging top technical talent across a range of disciplines. You’ll run 40–60 recruiter screens per week, helping identify candidates who not only have the right technical experience but also align with our fast-paced, collaborative culture. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand each role and craft personalized, compelling outreach that attracts exceptional engineers. Beyond sourcing, you’ll own the candidate experience — maintaining consistent, friendly communication and keeping candidates warm throughout the process. You’ll also manage our recruiting pipeline using modern tools and systems to ensure we’re always moving efficiently. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to bring new ideas to the table — whether that’s improving outreach strategies, refining interview flows, or enhancing how we represent Retell AI to the world’s top engineers.
