- Job Title: Technical Sales Manager Location: São Paulo - Brazil This role is a key technical interface for our Bakery and Confectionary business across the Southern Cone, bringing deep expertise in enzymes, pectins and vitamins to unlock new opportunities and support customers hands-on. You will work closely with Account Managers and regional teams to drive application trials, expand white spaces and strengthen our presence with major food manufacturers. Key Responsibilities: Act as the technical expert for enzymes, pectins, vitamins and solutions for bakery, oils & fats, and cereals, supporting the commercial team. Conduct application tests at customers' facilities together with the Account Managers, assessing process parameters and defining the most suitable enzymatic or functional solution. Identify white space opportunities to expand the portfolio in the bakery and cereals segments, proposing innovative technical solutions. Support business growth and maintenance in the oils & fats category, ensuring product performance and technical service. Build and strengthen relationships with strategic customers (blenders and major food manufacturers), increasing DSM-Firmenich's presence in the Southern Cone. Work collaboratively with the LATAM team (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil), contributing to regional projects and cross-country initiatives. You Bring: Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related fields. Experience working with enzymes, preferably applied to bakery, oils & fats or cereal technologies. Advanced English and Spanish for regional LATAM interaction. Strong technical foundation from experience in R&D, production, factory operations or industrial applications. Availability for frequent travel across Brazil, the Southern Cone and occasional support to other LATAM countries. Experience providing technical field support, conducting application trials and partnering closely with customers.
