- As a Technical Support Engineer, you will act as the primary technical liaison between developers and the platform, helping customers solve complex challenges and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will troubleshoot SDK and API issues, collaborate closely with engineering teams, and contribute to product improvements. Working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to enhance customer success, shape platform capabilities, and grow your career alongside a global community of technology professionals. This role is ideal for proactive problem-solvers who enjoy supporting developers and working in a collaborative international setting.
Accountabilities
- · Become a subject-matter expert on the platform and SDKs to guide customers effectively.
- · Manage and respond to inbound technical support requests, providing troubleshooting, setup guidance, and best practices.
- · Triage, reproduce, and report product bugs, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- · Work with developers to investigate and resolve customer-reported technical issues.
- · Curate customer feedback through community channels and open-source repositories.
- · Maintain and contribute to internal knowledge bases, technical guides, and demo materials.
- · Support process improvements, documentation initiatives, and team-wide technical projects to enhance customer experience.
- · 5+ years of experience in technical support, developer relations, or customer-facing engineering roles.
- · Strong programming skills with Python and/or JavaScript (bonus: Ruby, PHP, or other dynamic languages).
- · Solid understanding of modern software development workflows, including CI/CD, APIs, microservices, and debugging.
- · Experience with performance monitoring, observability tools, or error-tracking platforms.
- · Proven ability to write, debug, and troubleshoot code, with a strong interest in developer tools and open source projects.
- · Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- · Self-driven, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
