About the Role I’m looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who can support me across multiple software and website projects. You will help me think through architecture, structure tasks, and communicate with developers in Bangladesh while working on CST hours. This role blends WordPress support, project management, light technical understanding, and product thinking. If you understand how apps are built — even at a junior level — and you can help turn ideas into clear tasks, this is for you. Core Responsibilities 1. Technical / Product Assistance Understand how React, Node.js, and Ruby on Rails systems are structured (you don’t need to code deeply, but you must understand components, routes, APIs, databases, and basic architecture). Help brainstorm and refine features, flows, and system structure. Turn ideas into visual outlines, feature lists, and task breakdowns. Review developer work and confirm it aligns with requirements. Assist with documenting systems and building SOPs. 2. Project Management Convert my audio notes/messages into clean task lists. Create and manage sprint boards (Monday.com, Trello, Notion, or Asana). Assign tasks to developers and follow up daily. Coordinate time zone communication between me and Bangladesh team. Track progress, deadlines, and blockers. Keep all projects clean, structured, and moving forward. 3. WordPress Tasks Build, edit, and improve WordPress pages (Elementor or Gutenberg). Troubleshoot plugin issues and coordinate fixes with developers. Organize content across multiple brands and categories. 4. Communication & Organization Daily check-ins and weekly status summaries. Strong written and verbal English. Keep documentation organized and easy to understand. Proactively suggest improvements and catch problems early. Ideal Candidate Understands modern web stacks: React, Node.js, Rails, WordPress, APIs, and databases. Has worked with developers before and knows how to translate ideas into tasks. Extremely organized — loves structure, clarity, and order. Comfortable working with multiple brands, websites, and app projects. Self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told everything. Can learn new tools quickly and think like a product manager. Available to overlap at least 4 hours/day with CST and coordinate with teams in Bangladesh.
