How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Responsável pela manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva de toda a instrumentação da área, incluindo analisadores, PLC e DCS. O técnico deve realizar a instalação, calibração, ajuste e manutenção de instrumentos de medição, como válvulas de controle e de segurança, manômetros, voltímetros e amperímetros. Também deve examinar e localizar defeitos, limpar, reparar e testar os instrumentos para garantir a eficiência e segurança operacional da unidade. O profissional poderá ser solicitado a participar da operação da unidade de produção. Deverá ainda assumir funções específicas definidas pelos Sistemas de Gestão Industrial e Operacional (SGI & SGO). Executar a manutenção dos instrumentos de análise e controle da unidade. Assegurar o funcionamento da unidade auxiliando na solução de problemas elétricos. Apoiar a Distribuição Líquida na manutenção de carretas (elétrica, instrumentação e mecânica). Executar planos de manutenção preditiva e corretiva. Assegurar o funcionamento da unidade contribuindo na manutenção mecânica dos equipamentos. Apoiar outras unidades durante paradas para manutenção. Liderar terceiros contratados para manutenção dentro da planta. Controlar e adquirir padrões para calibração de equipamentos. Especificar equipamentos de instrumentação e elétrica para aquisição. Efetuar a instalação e manutenção dos equipamentos de produção e análise do setor Alphagaz. Desenvolver métodos de produção e procedimentos do laboratório Alphagaz. Adaptar ou potencializar os aparelhos analíticos para obter maior produtividade, confiabilidade e precisão. Manter controle de peças para os instrumentos da produção e laboratório. Manter arquivo de registros e documentos, incluindo registros de calibrações de equipamentos de medição e ensaio. Elaborar e executar os procedimentos da manutenção e análises. ______________________________ Do you have these requirements?
