RESPONSABILIDADES Realizar análises físico-químicas em matérias-primas, embalagens, material em processo e produtos acabados; Operar equipamentos gerais de laboratório; Realizar manutenções e limpezas básicas destes equipamentos bem como verificação, ajustes e calibrações, Controlar e armazenar reagentes, bem como preparo, checagem e descarte de reagentes e soluções conforme previstos em instruções de trabalho específicas; Interpretar e aplicar métodos de análise na rotina; Auxiliar nas atividades administrativas do setor, como preenchimento de formulários/planilhas eletrônicas, arquivamento de documentos e amostras, organização geral; Aplicar 5S no laboratório; Reportar os resultados analíticos no sistema SAP, bem como decisão de utilização dos materiais (matérias-primas, embalagens e produtos terminados); Participar das reuniões diárias do setor; Realizar a rotina das análises microbiológicas: inoculação das amostras, leituras e preparo de meio de cultura. EXPERIÊNCIAS Tempo de experiência: 01 ano; Atuação em área de alimentos; Organização, trabalho em equipe e atenção a detalhes. QUALIFICAÇÕES Formação Acadêmica: Técnico em Química ou Graduação em Química, Engenharia Química, de Alimentos ou Bioprocessos, Farmácia.
