Nicholas Levenstein & Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Telemarketer Follow-Up Specialist to support multiple projects — including Leon, NailedIt, and ZCMFDH — by making follow-up calls, verifying contact details, and updating our CRM for real-time reporting. Responsibilities - Follow-Up & Calls - Make phone calls to follow up with prospects we’ve already contacted - Confirm whether previous written messages were received and understood - Gauge interest in scheduling a meeting with our team Call organizations directly to identify or confirm the correct contact person for each project - Record detailed call notes and outcomes in Zoho CRM for tracking and reporting - Research - Identify and verify appropriate contacts within organizations - Gather intelligence on key stakeholders and business opportunities - CRM & IT Integration - Integrate and record all call information within Zoho CRM - Maintain real-time records for reporting and management review Preferred Time Zones Latin America (for U.S. working hours) Philippines (acceptable if willing to work night shift) Requirements - Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or client outreach via phone - Clear spoken English and professional communication style - Comfortable using CRM tools (Zoho preferred) Ability to manage and document large numbers of follow-up calls efficiently - Familiarity with basic research to locate correct contacts or departments Compensation & Considerations - Hourly Rate: Ideally $5/hour as a draw on commissions Bonuses: - Corporate performance-based incentives - Individual revenue-based bonuses - Reputation: Preference given to socially verified, highly rated professionals How to Apply Send your CV or LinkedIn profile, along with a brief note describing: - Your experience with phone-based telemarketing or follow-up - Any experience with Zoho CRM or similar tools - Your available time zone and hourly rate
