We are looking for both talented American sounding agents AND agencies. We are looking to hire MANY agents as we begin to enter the Annual Enrollment Period for 2 of our largest campaigns. This is a LONG TERM position! We are not your average call center! We are a lead verification customer acquisition call center working to optimize call center performance. We do not make many outbound calls, as most of our traffic comes from inbound calls initiated by the customer. Employment Type: Full-time 40 hours PLUS overtime! Up to 70 hours per week!!! Schedule: Monday thru Saturday 9amest to 11pmEST Pay: $5 per hour base pay + bonuses + chance for advancement that could result in a pay increase up to $1,250 weekly. LOCATION: Work from the comfort of your home office Responsibilities: + MUST HAVE A WIRED INTERNET CONNECTION!!! I cannot stress this enough! + Must be able to work in a quiet environment with NO background noise! + Must be HIGHLY dependable! + No cold calling! Handle incoming calls from prospects looking to sign up for various products. Verify leads while using and closely following the assumptive scripting to transfer the call to a licensed agent. Appropriately confront objections when presented to gain the transfer Complete outbound callback calls to prospective leads qualified but not transferred. Promote the benefits, coverage, and terms of products to potential customers before transferring Maximize opportunities by being available to answer calls, verify, and transfer to an agent so they can provide their products and services Consistently reach and/or exceed weekly verification goals and company objectives Maintain an above-average talk time, which is a primary indicator of call quality on a daily basis. (Bonus structure based on this) Maintain accurate knowledge of the script and the programs associated with it through continued training and research Uphold the company's core values by working well with your team members. Having respect for your team members is also key. To work with us, you must have: • Experience handling inbound & outbound calls • Minimum of 2 years of telemarketing experience • Sound American or VERY close to it • Computer skills, including navigating multiple open tabs, systems and processes • Basic typing skills • Competitive spirit with a goal-centered approach • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette • Strong customer service and writing skills • Empathy and patience with difficult callers • History of punctuality and great attendance • Experience working well independently within a virtual collaborative environment • High speed AND stable internet access.
