Test Day Delivery Assistant The Role: To assist and support the Exams operation with all products offered by the British Council, in accordance with BC policies and procedures, administration manuals, awarding body requirements, Quality and Compliance Assessment (QCA) rules, including occasional direct interaction with partner institutions. Some weekend test day work will be required. Main accountabilities but not limited to the following: Service and Product Delivery Support Uses new and legacy systems to plan, administer and/or deliver exams (e.g. Plan Exams, BOSS, Cambridge English Online, ORS, IWAS), and inputs necessary information to the appropriate systems in a timely manner. Produces and organises administrative material for test day. Supports publication and sending of exam results and certificates and undertakes statistical analysis of exam results for institutions. Customer service Assists in the coordination and servicing of institutional relationships and accounts Supports exam registrations and enquiries from institutional customers. Assists in the processing of complaints, refunds, cancellations, transfers, and appeals for all exams. Supports the coordination of exams-based teacher training initiatives for schools and institutions. Requirements of the role: Experience working in a busy operational environment delivering high levels of customer service Ability to ensure compliance, risk and security standards are monitored and maintained Experience of delivering computer-based exams Written and verbal proficiency in English at A2 level is required Desirable: Desirable degree in a relevant subject area Closing Date: Applications will close at 23:59 on 23 November 2025 South Africa Time / 22:59 UK Time We request that applications be submitted in English You must have the legal right to work in the country at the time of application.
