  • Descrição do emprego
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with Global Operations leaders to understand business priorities, challenges, and opportunities, translating these into impactful HR strategies and solutions.
  • Talent Management & Development: Drive the talent agenda for Global Operations, including workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and career pathing initiatives for a diverse, international workforce.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Advise on organizational design and development, helping to structure teams for optimal efficiency and effectiveness in a rapidly evolving global hospitality landscape.
  • Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives related to organizational restructuring, new technology adoption, and process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment, and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention across different cultural contexts.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with talent acquisition teams to attract, recruit, and onboard top-tier talent for critical operational roles globally, ensuring a seamless and effective integration process.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Work with the C&B team to ensure competitive compensation structures and benefits programs that attract and retain key talent within the Global Operations function, considering local market nuances.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all operational regions.
  • Data & Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives within Global Operations.
  • Culture & Values: Champion Accor's values and culture, fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment where all employees feel valued and empowered.
  • Qualificações
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years as an HR Business Partner supporting a large, complex, and geographically dispersed operational function, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Global Acumen: Demonstrated experience working in a global environment, understanding diverse cultural contexts, labor laws, and business practices across multiple countries.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into practical, effective HR solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and the ability to connect HR initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Influencing & Communication: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Change Management: Proven track record in successfully leading and managing organizational change.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to HR.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in French or other major international languages is highly advantageous.
