  • About the Role
  • We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven TikTok Affiliate Manager who will be
  • responsible for developing and managing TikTok Affiliate Marketing Campaigns, driving revenue
  • growth through partnerships, and optimizing influencer relationships on the platform. Also, he/she will
  • work closely with internal teams to craft strategies, manage affiliate performance, and ensure the
  • successful execution of campaigns.
  • What will be your responsibilities?
  • Affiliate Program Management
  • Lead the management and execution of TikTok affiliate programs, focusing on maximizingengagement and revenue.
  • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners to create and promoteaffiliate links, ensuring that affiliate content aligns with TikTok trends.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new TikTok influencers and affiliate partners.
  • Campaign Strategy & Optimization
  • Develop and implement strategies for driving affiliate sales through TikTok.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance (e.g., clicks, conversions, sales)to optimize efforts and deliver results.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve affiliate content performance and increase ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the social media, content, and creative teams to ensure TikTok affiliatecontent aligns with brand goals and resonates with target audiences.
  • Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Design, Sales) to create compelling marketing materials, including tracking links, promo codes, and banners for TikTok Campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Reporting
  • Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate affiliate programsuccess.
  • Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, influencer engagement, and affiliate revenue.
  • Use data to identify trends and opportunities for program growth.
  • Compliance & Best Practices
  • Ensure all affiliate content follows TikTok's community guidelines and legal requirements(disclosure, branding, etc.).
  • Stay updated with TikTok’s evolving platform rules and affiliate marketing trends.

  • What are we looking for in you?
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing (preferably with a focus on TikTok or Social Media Platforms).
  • Managing Affiliate Partnerships and Influencer Relationships at Scale.
  • Required Skills
  • Understanding of TikTok’s Platform and Trends (including how to Leverage Influencers for Affiliate Marketing).
  • Ability to Analyze Data and make informed decisions based on Key Metrics.
  • Affiliate Marketing Tools and Platforms (Impact, ShareASale or similar).
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Passion for staying ahead of Trends in Digital Marketing and Social Media.
