TikTok Trend Scout/ Music Discovery Specialist (Remote) About us: We are a record label scouting for the newest trends and emerging talent. Our mission is to discover the next wave of hit songs and artists before they go mainstream. We are looking for someone who can analyze daily TikTok trends and scout 10–20 songs per day that are starting to gain traction in video creations and are currently unsigned. These songs will be reviewed by our A&R team for potential signing. You will receive access to our tools and full guidance on what to look for. From there, your daily task will be to deliver 10–20 song links that are moving on TikTok and not signed to any label. We take over from there and handle the rest of the process. We are always open to supporting new talents. If we see good results over the course of a few weeks, we can talk about eventually including you in our fixed A&R team (with monthly payments).
