Position: Tour & Client Services Assistant We’re searching for someone who is: • Proactive, organized, and enthusiastic • Experienced in customer service • Comfortable working both in person and online • Available throughout the day to provide timely client responses • Ready to assist with social media management and communication across multiple platforms Responsibilities include: • Supporting the team during tours and being physically present when needed • Managing social media content, posts, and engagement • Handling client inquiries, bookings, and ongoing conversations across our channels • Ensuring smooth communication and excellent customer experience from first contact to the tour day • Assisting in coordinating group logistics when required The Applicant needs to live in Rio De Janeiro with knowledge of the tourist locations.
