O time de Banco de Dados de Trilhos (também conhecido como Subdiv) é responsável por criar o banco de dados que contém o mapa virtual da ferrovia e todas as informações consumidas pelos sistemas envolvidos na solução PTC, como o sistema embarcado, escritório, gerenciador de intertravamento, beira de linha, entre outros. Como você fará a diferença? Como líder do departamento de Banco de Dados de Trilhos (também conhecido como Subdiv), você será responsável pela interface entre o cliente da Wabtec e as equipes de desenvolvimento. Liderando a equipe na preparação dos artefatos necessários para a documentação correta do mapa de campo. Implementando soluções nos processos de engenharia, desenvolvimento e teste do banco de dados de trilhos. Acompanhando os testes integrados e o comissionamento das novas versões. E, finalmente, mantendo o produto funcional. O que queremos saber sobre você? Conhecimento no desenvolvimento de Banco de Dados de Trilhos; Experiência prévia em Operações ferroviárias; Habilidades avançadas de comunicação em inglês; Conhecimento de Microsoft Access; Nível intermediário/avançado no pacote Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio); Conhecimento em linguagens de programação; Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis, SCRUM ou outras; Sistemas operacionais Windows; Conhecimento em Google Earth Pro; Conhecimento na elaboração de estimativas de esforço de trabalho e documentos de especificação técnica no escopo do banco de dados de trilhos; Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de Design Assistido por Computador; Como será seu dia típico? Gerenciar a equipe de Banco de Dados Subdiv para alcançar entregas no prazo; Organizar a estruturação e o crescimento da equipe; Gerenciar a carga de trabalho e as tarefas da equipe; Liderar a preparação da documentação necessária para registrar entregas e processos relativos às validações de campo e criação de banco de dados; Planejar trabalho de campo e de escritório para todos os clientes da Wabtec no escopo de serviços de trilhos; Interface e suporte ao cliente/usuário; Automatizar processos no desenvolvimento de arquivos de trilhos; Gerenciar equipe de campo para realizar Validações de Características Críticas; Comunicar resultados à liderança.
