We act as their behind-the-scenes data team—tracking conversions, modeling customer journeys, and delivering reporting that actually moves the needle. If you can wrangle GTM, architect rock-solid data models, and help a marketer understand attribution logic without their eyes glazing over, we want you on the squad. Key responsibilities: Tracking implementation: GTM, GA4, custom event tracking, conversion setup Report development: Dashboards, automated reporting, executive summaries Client technical consulting: Explaining methodology, troubleshooting tracking issues Required skills: Analytics platforms: GA4, GTM, Facebook/Google Ads APIs Visualization tools: Looker Studio Some Python/JavaScript for custom tracking and data processing Marketing domain knowledge: Attribution, LTV, conversion funnels
