As we scale our training programs to support our growing teams, we need a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Training Content Assistant to help bring our instructional content to life.
• We're looking for someone who can take instructional design plans and transform them into polished, engaging training materials. In this role, you'll work closely with the Enterprise Training Manager to build courses in our authoring tool, create visual assets, and produce video content that helps our teams succeed.
• If you love working with new technology, have an eye for detail, and enjoy creating content that makes learning easier, this role is for you.
• Experience & Expertise
• Must currently be employed at LawnStarter.
• Experience creating digital content such as videos, images, graphics, or online courses.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement content according to specifications.
• Technical Requirements
• Must have a dual monitor setup for efficient content development and multitasking.
