• Job Summary
• As a Software Engineer with a focus in Typescript, you will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers and product owners/managers inside one of our clients. You will work on building and evolving a new internal solution using React and NodeJS, connecting to a serverless backend deployed to AWS.
• Responsibilities and Duties
• Envisioning, designing, and developing a web application using modern web application and cloud deployment technologies;
• Participating in high-level architectural discussions;
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards;
• Conducting thorough testing of software components, identifying and resolving bugs, and ensuring the product's reliability;
• Optimizing code and architecture to ensure the product can scale and maintain performance;
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of software modules;
• Focusing on client success through creative problem-solving and clear communication.
• Essential Skills
• Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript;
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and Serverless;
• Experience with AWS services and integration (specially Lambda and CDK);
• Mastery of ReactJS library and its ecosystem;
• Solid knowledge in working with SQL databases;
• Familiarity/experience with agile/scrum methodologies and team collaboration;
• Experience with code versioning with Git.
