We’re looking for a Content Outreach Manager to join our growing e-commerce team. This position is responsible for finding, vetting, and recruiting UGC creators and actors for our brand’s marketing campaigns. You’ll be reaching out through various platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Backstage, LinkedIn, and others, building relationships, spotting great talent, and managing communication from outreach to onboarding. What We’re Looking For: - Fluent in English — excellent written and verbal communication - Extremely organized and detail-oriented - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills - Ability to spot authentic, natural on-camera talent that fits our brand’s tone and audience - Fast and responsive communication habits - Proactive and resourceful in finding creators across multiple platforms - A growth mindset — someone coachable, curious, and eager to learn Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to UGC creators and actors that match our campaign criteria - Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and compensation - Maintain organized outreach tracking and follow-ups - Collaborate with the creative team to ensure each creator understands our direction and expectations - Continuously refine the process for sourcing and onboarding better talent Schedule & Growth: - Starts as part-time for 1–2 months (a few days per week) - Will transition into a full-time role as performance and workload grow - We work collaboratively — everyone on the team contributes to our results, and the better your work performs, the more you can earn.
