Our brand reflects craftsmanship, quality, and an elevated service experience — and we’re growing our digital platforms to match that standard. - About the Role We’re looking for a full-time UI/UX Designer to help shape and elevate our digital presence. You will design intuitive and visually strong interfaces for our web and mobile applications, while also supporting the consistent development of our visual identity across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clean, functional, and user-centered design, understands how users think, and is able to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional product environment. What You’ll Do - Design web and mobile user interfaces, component libraries, and layout systems - Create high-quality app screens and user flows in Figma - Improve and refine website visual hierarchy, navigation, and usability - Work closely with product and front-end teams to ensure accurate design implementation - Support branding and marketing visuals when needed across platforms such as social media What You Bring - A strong UI/UX portfolio that shows web and/or mobile app design work - Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts - Understanding of the Figma → Developer handoff workflow - Solid grasp of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and accessibility - Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools - Experience working with US-based teams or clients Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or React - Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system - Interest in user testing, feedback cycles, and iterative design Why Join Us - Work with a US company in a full-time, remote position - Your design work will have direct impact on a product and brand currently scaling - Collaborative, respectful, and growth-oriented team environment - Opportunity to help shape the digital identity of a luxury marine service brand
