I’m seeking a thoughtful, fast-moving, and proactive Executive Assistant to help manage the busy life of an entrepreneur who runs multiple projects, events, and media initiatives. If you’re quick on your feet, detail-oriented, and thrive on bringing order to chaos — you’ll love this role. Over time, this position could grow into a Project Manager role for the right person. IMPORTANT - You should be comfortable with minimal instructions and having to ask the right questions to fully understand what to do. Responsibilities * Manage and prioritize a busy entrepreneur's calendar * Book and coordinate travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation) — prior experience preferred * Handle important administrative tasks such as: - Scheduling meetings and calls - Coordinate with clients and partners - Smart and intuitive research using AI or other tools - Tracking tasks and projects - Draft and polish communications — from casual messages to formal client emails - Anticipate needs and proactively suggest solutions to keep things running smoothly Tools & Skills You should be comfortable or able to quickly learn: - WordPress - AI tools / advanced AI prompting (I use ChatGPT) - CRM & marketing automation tools like Keap (Infusionsoft) or similar - Productivity tools (Google Workspace, Calendly, Slack, etc.) Communication - Excellent written and spoken English is required - You should be able to match tone and context — from quick texts to polished business communications About You - You’re organized, resourceful, and love solving problems before they happen - You think strategically, not just reactively — understanding *why* tasks matter - You can adapt quickly, handle multiple projects, and maintain calm under pressure - You’re a lifelong learner who enjoys using AI and modern tools to get more done Role Details - This is a part-time, ongoing contract role - You likely already work with other clients — that’s great - For the right fit, this role could expand significantly over time - I am a professional speaker and brand influencer, event producer and host, a content creator To apply: Please include a note about your ability to succeed in this role.
