I need a fully automated AI assistant that can slip into any meeting I schedule on MS Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet, capture everything that is said, then hand me concise, structured notes without anyone having to poke it with voice or text commands. Here is the flow I have in mind: the service watches my calendar, joins at the right time, records the audio/video feed, streams or batches it through a reliable speech-to-text engine, then runs an LLM pass that produces (1) a verbatim transcript, (2) a short, readable summary, and (3) a clearly separated list of action items with owners and due dates when detectable. Once the meeting ends, I want the outputs pushed to a simple web dashboard and dropped into my chosen destinations—email, Slack, or a shared drive API hook. I am open on the underlying stack as long as it is production-ready: Zoom SDK, Microsoft Graph for Teams, Google Meet’s recording endpoints, plus Whisper, Azure Cognitive, AWS Transcribe, or an equivalent STT engine, and OpenAI or similar for the summarization layer. Containerized or serverless deployment is preferred for easy scaling.
