We're interviewing for two Freelance University Admissions Coach (Project-Based, Remote, White Label) We are a high-level international university admissions consultancy helping ambitious students gain admission to top universities in the U.S., U.K., and Europe. We’re currently hiring two experienced freelance University Admissions Coaches to support our students through every step of their application journey, and assist in the whole process from start (student intake) to finish (application sent-off and post-admissions course counselling) . Each engagement is project-based, focused on one student, and built around a structured internal roadmap. You’ll receive clear briefs, road map indicators, timelines and prompts for each student so you can optimise your time on what you do best: coaching, mentoring, and guiding applicants to success. Responsibilities Guide students (ages 17–25) through the university application process Assist in helping them select universities and programs suitable to their interests, skills, grades, preferences. Assist in helping them prepare essays, personal statements, and statements of purpose (SOPs) Assist in coaching students on academic CVs, interviews, and application strategy Follow our detailed step-by-step admissions roadmap to ensure quality and consistency Maintain clear progress notes after each session Communicate professionally with the lead consultant and meet agreed deadlines Requirements Prior experience in university admissions consulting, college counseling, or academic coaching Strong understanding of Common App, UCAS, European university systems Excellent English writing and communication skills (NO additional languages NEEDED) Top notch professional reliability, discretion, and commitment to quality work Ability to work remotely and independently with structured guidance We Offer Highly motivated, pre-qualified student clients Roadmaps, templates, and training materials provided NO client prospecting Flexible, fully remote, project-based work Long-term collaboration potential within a world-class team Compensation Per-student project fee: from USD 500 to + USD 3000 depending on project scope Hourly option: €30–€100/hour (USD $35–$110/hour) depending on expertise and work quality and for ongoing assignments Keywords for reach University admissions coach, admissions consultant, college counselor, university application coach, essay coach, Common App tutor, UCAS consultant, higher education consultant, study abroad coach, SOP writer, personal statement coach, academic mentor, Ivy League applications, Oxbridge admissions, graduate admissions advisor, university application editing.
