You’ll guide clients through important steps with care and precision, ensuring they feel supported and informed. From coordinating schedules to managing billing, your attention to detail and warm communication will make all the difference. This position is ideal for someone who’s empathetic, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. •Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to • Manage client progress through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and no missed steps • Monitor automations and follow up via email, text, and phone to help clients complete each stage • Collaborate with the Client Happiness Coordinator, Office Manager, Intake team, paralegals, and attorneys • Respond to emails and calls using approved scripts within 24 hours • Log all client interactions in CRM (Lawmatics) with detailed notes • Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar updates • Maintain a tickler system to track tasks and deadlines • Follow up with team members to ensure timely submission of billable hours • Issue monthly invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts • Handle sensitive financial matters with professionalism and discretion • Coordinate billing questions, apply credits or refunds, and support income transfers or vendor payments Key Skills • Excellent written and spoken English • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Comfortable using various software programs • Able to work independently and meet deadlines • Professional communication across email, text, and phone • Friendly, warm, and empathetic • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Open to feedback and embraces change • Quick learner with a growth mindset Requirements • 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles • Experience in billing and collections required • Familiarity with CRM systems (Lawmatics preferred) • Ability to manage medium call volume and prioritize email/text communication Software • CRM: Lawmatics • Others: Microsoft Office and similar tools (for email and calendar management) • Knowledge in billing platforms or billing CRMs is a plus Working Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [PST][PDT] (United States of America) Languages: English We believe that Every Great Person Deserves a Great Job.
