Job Duck is hiring a virtual V104 - Legal Intake and Follow-Up Agent Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. Job Description: Summary If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love helping people from the very first interaction, this role is for you. You’ll be the first voice new clients hear—guiding them with empathy, professionalism, and precision. Every call you take and every detail you record helps ensure clients receive the support they need. You’ll work closely with attorneys and intake coordinators to create a seamless onboarding experience. The Legal Intake and Follow-Up Agent position is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, values confidentiality, and takes pride in being a reliable point of contact. •Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and new client inquiries • Collect and record detailed client information during intake calls • Qualify leads by identifying case type, urgency, and fit for services • Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments with attorneys or intake coordinators • Maintain accurate data entry and notes within CRM and case management systems • Follow up on pending leads to ensure no opportunities are missed • Communicate promptly and professionally via phone, email, and text • Collaborate closely with the internal intake team and attorneys • Handle all client interactions with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality Key Skills • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills • Fast learner with adaptability to new systems and processes • Comfortable managing high call volumes in a fast-paced setting • Detail-oriented and empathetic • Professional and discreet • Team-focused and proactive • Client-centered mindset Requirements • 1-2 years of experience in intake, sales, or client service required • Excellent spoken and written English • Ability to handle a high volume of calls Software • CRM: Clio Grow and Clio Manage • Familiarity with VOIP systems required • Other: Microsoft Teams, Outlook Working Schedule: Monday to Friday - 7AM to 4PM Timezone: Eastern Standard Time - EST Work Shift: Languages: English We believe that Every Great Person Deserves a Great Job.
