You’ll be the backbone of a fast-paced legal support team, ensuring deadlines are met, files are in order, and communication flows smoothly. The Legal Correspondence Manager role is ideal for someone who thrives independently, enjoys solving problems, and brings a calm, focused energy to every task. Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing correspondence with opposing counsel Maintaining client files and court pleadings Monitoring, organizing, and replying to emails Managing and updating task lists E-filing and calendaring of legal events Presenting bi-weekly PDF summaries of upcoming calendar events Attending weekly calendar meetings Creating and maintaining email lists for cases Labeling and pulling exhibits Tracking personal and billable time Requirements: At least 1 year of experience working in a law firm or as a legal assistant Strong document filing and formatting skills required Proficiency in Microsoft Word required Able to work with minimal supervision Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and calendars Adaptable to occasional flexibility in schedule Key Skills Strong written and oral communication Excellent time management and email etiquette Calendar and deadline tracking Document organization and file maintenance Task list management Independent and resourceful Reliable and proactive Detail-oriented and organized Quick learner with analytical thinking Creative and persistent Honest and respectful Able to read context and troubleshoot without constant guidance Able to work with strong personalities Software Box.com Adobe Microsoft Word and Office Zoom Working Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:30am-5:30pm MT / 9:30am-6:30pm CT (some flexibility required) Timezone: Mountain Time (MT) & Central Time (CT) Work Shift: Languages: English Ready to dive in?
