Job Title: Google Analytics Specialist (VA) Position Overview: Work Hours: Flexible and part-time Location: Virtual We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) with proven expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing analytics solutions to support data-driven decision-making. This role requires demonstrable experience and the ability to provide portfolio examples, case studies, or proof of past work. Key Responsibilities: Set up and configure Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties, events, conversions, and audiences. Implement and manage advanced tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM). Develop and maintain custom Looker Studio dashboards to track performance, lead generation, and conversion metrics. Create regular reports on website traffic, lead activity, and campaign performance. Audit, troubleshoot, and resolve data tracking discrepancies to ensure accuracy and reliability. Collaborate with internal teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements. (Nice to Have) Configure and analyze Google Search Console (GSC) data to complement GA4 insights. Required Qualifications: Documented, hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio (must provide portfolio, proof of work, or relevant case studies). Strong understanding of event tracking, user behavior analysis, and conversion reporting. Proficiency in building dynamic dashboards and lead reports in Looker Studio. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working as a Virtual Assistant or in a remote setting. Background in digital marketing analytics, performance tracking, or lead generation.
