We’re a luxury real estate marketing team based in Miami, representing high-end listings. Our video content ranges from cinematic property tours and agent reels to lifestyle storytelling and behind-the-scenes marketing campaigns. We’re seeking a creative and reliable video editor who can help us produce engaging, professional short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.) with a modern, polished aesthetic. Ideal candidate should have: - Proven experience editing real estate, luxury, or lifestyle content. - Strong sense of rhythm, transitions, and pacing (storytelling focus). - Proficiency in CapCut (desktop preferred) and familiarity with AI animation tools. - Ability to add clean captions (bilingual Spanish/English a plus). - Eye for composition and color grading. - Thumbnail design skills (Canva or Photoshop). - Organized and open to 2 rounds of revisions per video. Deliverables - 1 edited video (usually 30–90 seconds). - 1 matching thumbnail image. - 2 revisions included in the price. - Videos must be formatted for social media (9:16 + 16:9 versions if needed).
