Role Overview As a Video Editor, you’ll be the backbone of Revenge Body’s “Content Factory.” You’ll edit ads, TikTok shop videos, UGC campaigns, brand stories, and founder-series content into viral-ready assets. This role requires both speed and creativity—you’ll take raw footage from models, influencers, and in-house shoots, then transform it into scroll-stopping edits that feel native to platform culture and on-brand with Revenge Body’s Hype Queen + Witty Bestie voice. Responsibilities Edit high-volume short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads. Cut founder-series talking head content into engaging micro-content with captions, memes, and pacing hooks. Create variations of ads for A/B testing based on thumbstop rates, CTR, and ROAS feedback. Add captions, motion graphics, memes, and trending audio to keep videos platform-native. Collaborate with Creative Producer and Content Director to bring briefs to life while pushing creative boundaries. Organize raw footage, manage editing timelines, and deliver consistently on fast turnarounds. Stay ahead of editing trends, TikTok effects, and meme formats. Ensure final edits reflect Revenge Body’s brand personality—energetic, hype, witty, and unapologetic. Requirements 2.5+ years of professional video editing experience (agency, DTC brand, or content creator background preferred). Expertise with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube editing trends. Portfolio that demonstrates storytelling, pacing, and platform-native style. Ability to take creative direction and turn around edits fast under tight deadlines. Familiarity with DTC e-commerce, TikTok Shop, and performance-driven editing is a plus. Bonus: Experience with After Effects, color grading, and audio mixing.
