  • We’re looking for freelance video editors to join our network and work on UGC-style performance ads for TikTok and Meta. This is a project-based role with the potential for longer-term collaboration if we find the right fit!
  • 📍This role is open to anyone based in Americas Time Zone
  • ⏰Working schedule from 9 am to 6 pm EST
  • Who we are looking for

Required

  • Proficient in using video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory) After Effects, or CapCut (Bonus points) with a focus on dynamic cuts, text overlays, and sound-syncing.
  • Familiarity with Motion Graphic Templates and Premiere’s Essential Graphics Panel is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Meta Ads trends, algorithms, and best practices (e.g., vertical video, hooks, captions).
  • Skilled in turning raw footage into engaging, authentic, and performance-driven UGC-style videos.
  • Up-to-date with current social media editing styles, viral trends, and platform-specific aesthetics.
  • Experience optimizing creatives for engagement and ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with web-based collaboration tools, such as Frame.io, Zoom, Monday & Slack
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Responsibilities
  • Edit UGC-style ad videos for Tiktok, Instagram (Reels mainly) and Facebook
  • Collaborate with a Creative Strategist and Account Managers to ensure edits align with performance goals.
  • Thoroughly review completed work for technical and quality errors and ensure that all outputs are aligned with specified brand and legal guidelines.
  • Follow internal post-production naming and organizational guidelines.
