  • Right now, we’re searching for a full-time Video Editorto help with short form and long form content who knows exactly how to edit YouTube videos, Instagram reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts for virality— in the different video formats we’re already producing on my page.
  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Edit long-form content: vlogs, talking heads, and YouTube videos with strong storytelling and pacing.
  • Edit short-form content: Reels, TikToks, Shorts that hook viewers in 3 seconds and keep them engaged.

Edit high-quality, fast-paced, clean short-form videos in the style

  • Example 1

  • Example 3
  • Brainstorm and collaborate on video ideas, topics, and titles that maximize engagement.
  • Work closely with our team to script and finalize concepts.
  • Analyze performance data to identify what works and improve future content.
  • Collaborate daily with other editors for feedback and skill-sharing.
  • Tools You Should Master
  • Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve (must be highly proficient in at least one)
  • After Effects for advanced graphic animations (a big plus)
  • Strong understanding of captions, pacing, and storytelling for short-form content

  • Compensation
  • Full-time salary after a 90-day trial period
  • Range: $1,000–$5,000/month depending on skill, speed, and results
