Description: We are Let’s Go Plan, a fast-growing global social travel company and app focused on helping people connect through shared travel experiences, group trips, and unforgettable events around the world. We’re preparing for an exciting upcoming trip to Brazil and are looking for talented freelance support in two key areas: Event Manager / Promoter (Portuguese-English) We are also looking for someone with event promotion and marketing experience to help us organize and promote a private boat party during our Brazil trip. Responsibilities: • Assist with promoting and recruiting ~40 guests (mix of locals and travelers) for our boat party event • Use social media, WhatsApp groups, and event platforms to find attendees • Support translations (Portuguese ↔ English) for communication and promotion • Help manage logistics and guest coordination on the day of the event Ideal Skills: • Experience in event marketing, promotion, or nightlife/hospitality • Fluent in Portuguese and English • Strong communication, organization, and people skills ⸻ 📍 Location: Brazil (Rio de Janeiro preferred) 🗓️ Dates: November 9th 💼 Type: Freelance / Project-based (potential for future collaborations) If you’re passionate about travel, love connecting people, and want to be part of a growing global brand, we’d love to hear from you!
