  • We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who can support our Sales/Marketing Manager, helping turn ideas into action, keeping operations smooth, and being as comfortable with tech tools as they are with communication and organization.
  • As our Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to management—someone who anticipates needs, stays ahead of tasks, supports both marketing & sales efforts, and helps keep the business humming.
  • You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and leadership.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as main support to the Sales/Marketing Manager's calendar management, email/inbox triage, meeting prep, and follow-ups
  • Assist in marketing & sales campaigns: help coordinate activities, track deadlines, liaise with teams (creative, digital, sales)
  • Manage administrative workflows: document creation, file organization, updating reports/dashboards, task tracking
  • Be tech-savvy: use project management tools, CRM systems, marketing tools, shared workspaces—learn new software quickly
  • Act as liaison between management and teams: ensure communications are clear, action items are followed, and feedback is captured
  • Monitor marketing & sales metrics and help prepare summary reports: gather data, flag trends, assist with insights
  • Provide creative support: assist with basic content tasks, formatting, editing, scheduling, and help marketing/sales materials stay polished
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes: suggest automation, streamline workflows, and anticipate bottlenecks
  • 2 + years of experience providing support in roles like Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Proven ability to assist upper management: confident in client-facing and internal communications, comfortable owning tasks end-to-end
  • Strong organization, follow-through, attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy: experience with CRMs, project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp), Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, ability & eagerness to learn new tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication!!
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, problem-solver, able to anticipate needs
  • Nice-to-have
  • Experience working with marketing & sales teams (campaign coordination, lead tracking, sales collateral)
  • Familiarity with CRM/sales enablement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
  • Background in a startup or agency environment
  • Understanding of digital marketing basics (email nurture, marketing automation, campaign support)
  • Design literacy or comfort working with creatives, basic editing or formatting of marketing assets
