TaxCure LLC is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations, client engagement, and professional network of EAs, CPAs, and tax attorneys. This role is central to keeping our marketplace running smoothly—ensuring tax professionals are properly onboarded, supported, and engaged, while maintaining the accuracy of our data and content across the platform. We provide thorough training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every task. A strong willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and comfort with technology are essential. Key Responsibilities Lead & Member Support Review our Lead Management System queue daily (Mon–Fri) to identify follow-ups and unresolved leads. Contact tax professionals who received a lead but have not logged in within 1 business day. Reach out to members who have received leads but have not responded to the taxpayer. Contact members without reviews or those needing additional reviews from clients. Call reviewers who have not completed email verification for client review submissions. Onboarding & Professional Management Validate new tax professionals who sign up on the platform and update them in Salesforce CRM. Ensure each new professional has a complete profile, including company page creation when needed. Manage onboarding appointment scheduling for upgraded members. Provide profile optimization tips tailored to each professional’s needs. Support upgraded members by coordinating reviews, GEO pages, and company profile enhancements. Create GEO-specific content pages for new Pro Members on TaxCure.com (training provided). Outreach & Relationship Management Conduct outreach to tax professionals for recorded interviews on tax topics (schedule Zoom, ask provided questions, record session). Outreach to professionals for article feedback and coordinate updates once edits are received. Follow up with professionals for missing information, updates, or engagement activities. Content & SEO Support Deliver monthly SEO articles to clients based on provided instructions. Coordinate review of TaxCure.com article content when professional input is needed. Assist in maintaining accuracy and freshness of TaxCure content through structured outreach. Data, Reporting & KPI Management Perform bi-weekly billable calculations for leads using Excel or Google Sheets. Download monthly KPI data and update Google Sheets dashboards. Maintain CRM campaigns and status updates as new professionals join or upgrade. Monitor and update tasks related to first-hand experience documentation and Google Business Profile updates. Customer Service & Communication Take inbound calls as needed. Respond to Tidio live chats in real time (no leaving tickets). Respond to TaxCure support requests from members and clients. Respond to feedback reviews and Google Business Profile reviews (TaxCure, W Tax Group, Seattle Legal Services). Requirements Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role. Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, and online communication tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable handling video meetings (Zoom) and making phone calls. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with customer service or sales is a plus. Experience with SEO, social media, or content tasks is a plus. Familiarity with ClickUp is helpful, but training will be provided.
