We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our internal operations. You’ll work closely with our team to help streamline onboarding, task management, and light content support using tools like GoHighLevel, Asana, and Google Workspace. You must be comfortable using the following platforms: ✅ ClickUp (task & project management) ✅ Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) ✅ GoHighLevel (CRM & automation, we’ll train you) ✅ ChatGPT (you’ll be provided with tested prompts, but you must know how to use the platform efficiently) Your role will involve: - Supporting team operations and onboarding processes - Managing and updating internal tasks and documents - Following checklists and SOPs provided to you - Light use of AI tools for generating or modifying content (with guidance) - Communicating clearly and reliably with our team Ideal Candidate: - Detail-oriented and tech-savvy - Quick learner with strong execution - Responsive and communicative - Fluent in English (written & verbal)
