Hourly / Part-Time (20 hrs/week to start) SALARY + Commissions Long-term opportunity EDERRA is a mission-driven functional wellness brand focused on longevity, cognitive performance, and farm-to-body superfood supplements. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, marketing execution, and founder support as we scale in 2026. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with health, wellness, supplements, DTC brands, and startups, and who can move quickly, think independently, and communicate clearly. Key Responsibilities Operations & Admin Manage inbox support and customer inquiries (email + Shopify/Klaviyo) Organize files, documents, and SOPs (Google Drive / Notion) Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups Support order tracking, fulfillment coordination, and basic reporting Marketing & Growth Support Assist with Klaviyo email campaigns (flows, newsletters, basic setup) Upload and organize content for website, newsletters, and lead magnets Support influencer and partnership outreach (DMs, emails, tracking) Help prepare surveys, feedback forms, and customer insights summaries Content & Brand Support Light content assistance (formatting captions, blog uploads, Canva assets) Coordinate with collaborators (dietitians, chefs, influencers) Maintain brand consistency across documents and communications Founder Support Task prioritization and follow-ups Research (tools, partners, platforms, wellness trends) Keep projects moving forward and deadlines on track Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant (startup or DTC brand preferred) Strong written English communication Excellent organization and attention to detail Familiarity with: Google Workspace Notion or ClickUp Shopify (basic) Klaviyo (basic or willing to learn) Canva Comfortable working independently and problem-solving Interest in wellness, longevity, nutrition, or supplements is a strong plus Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with wellness or supplement brands Understanding of email marketing flows Basic analytics or reporting experience Social media or influencer coordination experience What We Offer Long-term collaboration with a growing wellness brand Flexible hours and remote work Opportunity to grow into an Operations or Marketing Manager role Meaningful work in health, longevity, and social impact Base salary + commissions To Apply (IMPORTANT) Please include: A brief introduction about yourself Your experience supporting startups or DTC brands Tools you are most comfortable using Your availability (hours per week & time zone)
