This is more than admin. You’ll be the digital right hand supporting marketing execution, lead management, and operational systems that keep our growth engine moving. You’ll learn the brand, the voice, and the mission and grow into an indispensable partner as we scale. ✨ We provide full onboarding and training; you’ll have support, structure, and growth opportunities every step of the way. **Job Duties** Marketing & Content Support A VA would manage a content library (Notion or Drive) that tags assets by topic, format, and funnel stage. Draft, schedule, and repurpose content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Threads using our content calendar. Create Canva graphics, Reel scripts, and captions aligned with the brand. Research trends, monitor competitors, and gather content inspiration. Draft 1 blog and 1 newsletter per week (with templates and training provided). Track analytics weekly and summarize engagement and growth data. Repurposing one piece into 3–4 micro-formats (reel, quote card, thread, carousel Lead & Client Management Own calendar coordination + meeting prep — confirming calls, sending reminders, prepping materials, logging outcomes. Review new leads in HoneyBook, update the Google Sheets tracker, and manage email/LinkedIn follow-ups. Use approved templates to message potential clients and track responses. Maintain Notion dashboards for leads, client projects, and communications. Drafting responses, flagging priorities, and tracking follow-ups. Social Media Engagement Reply to DMs and comments daily in our brand tone. Engage with 5–10 target accounts per day to grow authentic visibility. Respond to messages and manage inquiries on LinkedIn throughout the workday. Schedule client calls and follow-ups as needed. Research, Outreach & Administration Identify potential collaborators (podcasts, events, influencers) and send outreach pitches. Document outreach results and relationship-building opportunities. Check in with the team on client progress, deliverables, and deadlines. Support light admin tasks such as updating trackers, organizing files, and checking client statuses. **Preferred Skills:** Social Media Management: Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok, YouTube Tools Expertise: Canva, HoneyBook, Notion, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, Pocket, ChatGPT or Jasper (AI tools), scheduling platforms (Later, Buffer, etc.) Content & Copywriting: Caption writing, brand storytelling, and tone-matching Research & Analysis: Trend monitoring, competitor benchmarking, analytics reporting Lead Generation: Email scrapers, CRM updates, LinkedIn outreach Organization: Task tracking, calendar management, and follow-up systems Tech Comfort: Ability to learn new tools quickly; experience with automations (Zapier, Airtable, etc. a plus) Communication: Excellent English grammar and clarity in writing and speaking **We Provide: Full onboarding and training: Step-by-step videos, brand voice guides, and templates.
