I am looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to help me rebuild my business, which has been established since 2014. The ideal candidate will assist with managing emails, bookkeeping, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), and formulating a solid business plan and vision. Additionally, experience in applying AI solutions to streamline processes will be a plus. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strategic mindset and the ability to implement effective systems for growth. The area of my work is Piling/ground engineering. I need a certain 3 days a week where I can allocate certain tasks and a platform where I can send a voice note explaining my day, what can be improved with a solution/more questions the following day
