Wyne Technologies LLC is a fast-scaling U.S.-based digital marketing agency working across SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and Web Development projects. We serve clients in the U.S. and are expanding rapidly. We are looking for a reliable, smart, and well-spoken assistant to help manage operations and keep things running smoothly. What You'll Do: Act as a communication bridge between our CEO and the internal team Take daily follow-ups and status updates from SEO & dev teams (via Slack/Trello) Track project progress and task completion Prepare daily/weekly reports and summaries Schedule meetings and follow up on action items Organize SOPs, checklists, and task documentation Help manage onboarding, follow-ups, and recurring workflows You Must Have: Strong written and spoken English communication Experience with Slack, Trello, Google Docs, Zoom, and task tracking tools Ability to follow up, stay on top of things, and ask the right questions Reliability: Show up on time, own the role, and work without micromanagement Detail-oriented personality and organized thought process Nice to Have: Previous experience working with a marketing agency or remote teams Familiarity with SEO or project delivery workflows Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Notion, ClickUp (bonus) Ability to edit Google Sheets / create SOP templates
