We are a fast-growing digital publishing company specializing in high-converting offers in the spirituality and biz opp niche, looking for a talented Direct Response Video Editor who understands sales psychology, pacing, and emotion — someone who knows how to edit videos that grab attention, and convert. Your Mission You’ll work closely with our creative and copywriting teams to bring our scripts to life through powerful, emotionally resonant video editing. You’ll have to create voiceovers with eleven labs, and UGC style video with AI and turn them into high-converting VSLs that sell. What You’ll Be Doing Editing video sales letters (VSLs), product ads, and upsell videos using proven direct-response structures. Integrating voiceovers, motion text, b-roll, stock footage, background music, and sound effects for maximum persuasion. Implementing fast-paced, emotionally engaging edits that keep viewers watching until the end. Working with copywriters and media buyers to optimize retention and conversions. Testing multiple video variations and tracking performance. Requirements +2 years of experience editing Direct Response videos (VSLs, YouTube ads, info product promos, etc.) Strong understanding of marketing psychology, storytelling, and attention flow. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. Familiarity with ClickFunnels, Meta Ads, or similar marketing platforms is a plus. Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and quality. Must be able to work fast, independently, and under pressure. Compensation: $1400 /month base salary.
