  • This role offers a dynamic opportunity to own and elevate the visual and functional performance of multiple consumer healthcare brands online. You will design, build, and optimize high-converting landing pages, enrollment flows, and product pages, directly impacting growth and revenue. Working remotely with a globally distributed team, you will collaborate closely with CRO, Product, and Growth teams to rapidly iterate on experiments and campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-velocity, data-informed environment, balancing speed with precision and creative problem-solving. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences, maintaining design consistency across brands, and contributing to the development of design systems that scale. This is a hands-on position that combines design, implementation, and continuous optimization in a fast-growing startup.

Accountabilities

  • · Design and implement high-quality, conversion-focused landing pages, enrollment flows, quizzes, and product pages.
  • · Execute CRO experiments, A/B tests, and design variants quickly using Webflow (Shopify experience is a plus).
  • · Maintain and improve design systems, templates, and testing components to ensure brand consistency and scalability.
  • · Collaborate with Growth, CRO, and Product teams to align priorities and optimize user experiences.
  • · Ship projects rapidly, iterate based on performance data, and refine pages for maximum impact.
  • · Ensure all design work meets high standards for polish, responsiveness, load speed, and visual appeal.
  • · 3+ years of experience designing and building high-performing websites and landing pages.
  • · Strong hands-on experience with Webflow; Shopify experience is advantageous.
  • · Excellent design judgment with an understanding of visual hierarchy, copy flow, and conversion principles.
  • · Ability to independently take concepts from design to live pages while maintaining speed and quality.
  • · Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset, with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • · Comfortable collaborating across teams and aligning work with broader business goals.
  • · Nice-to-have: knowledge of A/B testing, analytics tools, enrollment or checkout flows, design systems, SEO, and performance optimization.
