We’re looking for a Web Designer (mid-level or senior) with strong Framer expertise to join our early-stage, AI-powered SaaS startup. You’ll be responsible for designing, prototyping, and shipping world-class web experiences that showcase our enterprise data platform and drive engagement with our customers. Working closely with product, brand, and GTM, you’ll own the design-to-live process in Framer, ensuring a seamless, modern, and impactful digital presence. What you’ll do - Design and build responsive, interactive websites and landing pages directly in Framer - Translate brand guidelines and product positioning into intuitive web experiences - Lead website restructuring efforts in Framer - Collaborate with product and marketing teams to deliver engaging user journeys and conversion-focused flows - Create animations, transitions, and micro-interactions that enhance usability and brand perception - Ensure pixel-perfect design implementation and consistency across web properties - Optimize web experiences for performance, accessibility, and SEO - Prototype new concepts and test design iterations quickly within Framer - Maintain and evolve the company’s web design system, ensuring scalability and reusability - Design high-quality sales collateral such as one-pagers, ROI summaries, client-facing decks, and other GTM assets. Tech & delivery - Stack: Framer (must-have) and Figma. - Workflow: Remote collaboration tools, agile environment - Engagement: Half-time, remote (Europe preferred), mid-level or senior (approx 20 hours per week) Skills and Expertise Mandatory skills - 5+ years of professional experience as a Web Designer or similar role - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Framer (required) - Proficiency with Figma and design systems - Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and modern UX/UI best practices - Ability to create animations, prototypes, and live websites directly in Framer - English copywriting skills for occasional help with web copy. - Strong attention to detail and a passion for polished, user-centric design - Effective communication and collaboration skills Nice to have - Experience at an early-stage startup or SaaS company - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design-to-dev alignment - Familiarity with brand design, marketing funnels, and conversion optimization
