• THE OPPORTUNITY
• We are hiring a Web Producer Specialist to our Marketing team in Brazil!
• The Wellhub Growth team is seeking a Web Producer to support the implementation and maintenance of web properties across a variety of channels and products. This role will sit within the Web Squad team within marketing working cross-collaboratively with engineering, brand & creative, and product teams.
• YOUR IMPACT
• Implement content changes, including copy updates, new page builds, partner updates across 13+ different localizations on our CMS, Strapi.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) across different browsers and devices before content is pushed live.
• Help build & launch A/B tests through Amplitude.
• Execute the highest level of UX, accessibility and web best practices.
• Review metrics and identify opportunities for enhancements on improving the customer journey for both B2B2C.
• Work with the content team to support high priority SEO requests.
• Support short and long term initiatives such as migrations and CMS enhancements.
• Adhere to Wellhub brand guidelines across the website.
• Establish strong relationships with design, brand, development, product, analytics and UX teams.
• Integrate Asana with Jira to communicate work flows for multiple teams.
• Assist in the review of workflows to identify areas of improved efficiency.
• Ensure timelines are appropriately communicated.

• WHO YOU ARE
• Proficient in web authoring with CMS tools.
• Previous industry experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills .
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Basic understanding of SEO and CRO best practices.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and optimization for mobile devices.
• Familiarity with web accessibility, UI/UX and web marketing best practices .
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Technically savvy; Experience and/or familiarity with headless CMS.
• NICE TO HAVE
• Understanding of product analytic tools such as Amplitude or GA.
• Previous experience working across multiple localizations.
• Experience with Javascript is a plus.
